We had SO much fun at our first ever Lil' Champ Camp last summer and we are hoping to run it back again! We are in the midst of finding a location to hold it at, and as soon as we have an update, it will be reflected here!

Daily High Energy Fun!

Each camp day is filled with high-energy, hands-on activities that are perfect for short attention spans and early learners.

Campers will enjoy a rotating variety of sports and games including soccer, flag football, basketball, T-ball, floor hockey, obstacle courses, relay races, water activities, and classic tag games.

Activities are non-competitive, inclusive, and designed to build confidence and coordination in a supportive, low-pressure environment. success.

A DAY AT LIL' CHAMP CAMP

9:00 AM – Arrival & Warm-Up

  • Check-In & Free Play: Bubbles, bean bag toss, and ring toss
  • Morning Warm-Up: Freeze Dance & Animal Movement Relay Race

9:30 - 10:00 AM – Activity Stations

Station 1: Mini Obstacle Course
Station 2: T-Ball
Station 3: Bowling with Foam Balls


10:00 - 10:15  AM – Snack & Hydration


10:15 - 10:50 AM – Sports & Movement Fun (Stations)

  • Shooting Basketballs into Lowered Hoops
  • Hopscotch Relay (jumping on numbered squares)
  • Dodgeball (Soft Foam Balls) (gentle, rolling, or underhand throwing)

11:00 - 11:30 AM – Classic Playground Games

  • Red Light, Green Light
  • Simon Says
  • Blob Tag (Tag game where kids join hands when tagged)

11:30 - 12:00 AM – Parachute & Cool Down


12:00 PM – Lunch 


12:30 - 1:00 PM – Sports Fun Part 2

  • Hula Hooping & Jump Rope
  • Scooter Races
  • Ring Toss 

1:00 PM – 2:00 Water Play (Warm Days Only)

  • Water Balloon Toss (pair up and toss back and forth)
  • Magic Carpet Ride (sit on towels or mats & get pulled by staff)

(If no water play, substitute with more sports fun: relay races and T-ball practice.)


2:00 - 2:15 PM – Afternoon Snack


2:15 - 3:00 PM - Sports-Themed Relay Races

  • Basketball Dribble Relay
  • Toss & Catch Relay (Bean Bags or Foam Balls)
  • Animal Movement Relay (hop like a bunny, waddle like a duck, crawl like a bear)

3:00 PM – Pick-Up & Goodbye

  • Stickers or high-fives as they head home!
