Our parties will give you memories to last a lifetime! The Hi-Five team partners with you to design the ultimate birthday party experience. We will help you plan a party from start to finish, completely customized to your child’s interests! We are completely mobile and always go the extra mile.

  • Pre-party planning communication with Brad to create the perfect sports party for your child!
  • Two or more Hi-Five Sports Camp Certified Coaches to run sports activities and help facilitate the party.
  • Custom sports-themed program for up to 25 kids (Additional $75 charge for 26+ guests).

FAQS

What happens if we plan an outdoor party and there is inclement weather?

Don't worry! Hi-Five lets you schedule a rain date during your party registration. An additional deposit will be due for all rain dates.

What does Hi-Five provide?

Our party fees include: facility rental, at least two (2) coaches, any necessary sports equipment and the party itinerary.

How does payment for the party work?

A $100 non-refundable deposit is due to hold the day and time. The remaining balance is due after the party is complete. You will receive an estimated total prior to the party, but sometimes the final balance can differ from the pre-party estimate.

Can I bring my own food and cake?

Yes! Let us know what you plan to bring and we will help coordinate. Please note, some party locations have restrictions on outside food.

Does Hi-Five make goodie bags?

For a fee, Hi-Five will deck your party out with some awesome Hi-Five Swag Goodie Bags. We have mini sports balls, water bottles, t-shirts, headbands, etc. The kids love Hi-Five swag and it will definitely be a big hit!

How far in advance should I book a party with Hi-Five?

Dates and times are limited. The sooner the better!

How does the booking process work?

Every birthday party is different and since we do not operate out of one single facility, coordinating birthday parties requires some effort. Typically here is what happens: 1. A parent reaches out to us inquiring about a birthday party with some preferred dates and area of the city they want to have the party. 2. We will then set up a quick 10-15 minute phone call to go over possible locations and other party details like activities, food, guest count and estimated pricing. 3. Once we get confirmation from the venue (within 24-48 hours of the phone conversation) that we have secured that date and time, a $100 non-refundable deposit is due to hold it. 4. About one week before the party, we'll have another phone call to go over day-of details, head counts., etc. 5. Voila! Party perfection!

Does Hi-Five handle food or cake?

Sure thing! We are happy to coordinate food and cake with you and one of our preferred vendors.

What ages are your parties suitable for?

Our parties are perfect for kids aged 5-12.

How early will I be able to come set up decorations?

15 to 20 minutes prior to your scheduled party time.
