Kick Off the Weekend the right way!

For children ages 5-10 of all experience levels, Hi-Five Fridays is a fun, play-based program designed to keep kids moving, learning, competing and smiling. Each Friday, children rotate through a variety of turf-friendly games including soccer, flag football, dodgeball, whiffle ball, floor hockey, and more, so every time feels fresh and exciting!

Led by our very own Coach Corey, kids will build confidence, coordination, and teamwork while burning energy in a safe, inclusive, and structured environment. It’s the perfect way to end the week with friends and fun!

All participants must register ahead of time or let us know they’re coming.

Multi-Sport Rotation

Every Friday brings a new mix of sports and activities including:

  • Soccer

  • Flag Football

  • Dodgeball

  • Whiffle Ball

  • Floor Hockey (foam sticks)

  • More Hi-Five favorites!

  • Kids are grouped into weekly teams and compete in friendly games and challenges. Points, teamwork, effort, and sportsmanship all matter—and yes, there are prizes kids actually want!

    • It’s friendly, fun, and keeps kids motivated in all the right ways.

⏱️ 1.5-Hour Sessions

  • Long enough for warm-ups, real games, and team competition—yet short enough to fit easily between school and dinner.

  • We group players thoughtfully to keep games age-appropriate, safe, and fun for everyone.

FAQS

Do we need to bring equipment?

Just athletic clothes and sneakers—Hi-Five provides everything else.

What should my child wear?

Comfortable athletic wear and closed-toe athletic shoes.

Does my child need sports experience?

Not at all! This program is perfect for beginners and experienced players alike.

How do drop-ins work?

We offer flexible attendance, but all players must register before arriving or notify us in advance. This allows us to prepare for the session and ensures your waiver is completed before participation. Walk-in, unannounced drop-ins are not permitted.

Can siblings play together?

Yes, when age-appropriate. Otherwise, they’ll be in nearby groups.

Are snacks and water provided?

There is a water fountain/water bottle filling station at the facility. Please send your child with a water bottle; snacks vary by session. If your child gets hungry, please send with snacks just in case.
