Pricing


Membership Cost:
Loyalty Membership – $39
Family Membership – $59

Additional Information:
“Loyalty” Membership is $39 per month for families with up to 2 children.

“Family” Membership is $59 per month for families of 3 or more children.
The first 3 months are non-refundable.
Your credit card will be charged for 12 calendar months from the date of registration.
Your membership shall expire twelve (12) calendar months from the effective date of activation and will be renewed on an annual basis unless you give notice to cancel.

Fees and Renewals


The Zone Membership is an annual membership The cost for a Loyalty Membership is $39 per month or $468 per year The cost of a Family Membership is $59 per month or, and $708 per year

By joining The Zone Membership, you authorize Hi-Five Sports Zone to charge your credit card for the amount indicated when you join, including any applicable state, county, or local tax and service charges. By accepting these terms, you agree to be a member for one (1) year. You must purchase a minimum 3 months membership that is non-refundable and serves as a deposit on your annual membership. Your membership shall expire twelve (12) calendar months from the effective date of activation and will be renewed on an annual basis. If you do not want this agreement to renew, you must contact Hi-Five Sports Zone Eden Prairie, 952-452-9966, to disable automatic renewal.
Cancellation
We may terminate membership for cause at any time. If you conduct yourself in an unbecoming manner on the premises or violate any rules or regulations of Hi-Five Sports Zone Your membership may be classified as high risk, resulting in your membership being suspended, or canceled for cause. It is understood and agreed that if we revoke your membership privileges with cause, or if you resign, no refund will be made. Termination of membership shall be a full and complete release of Hi-Five Sports Zone from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or cause of actions arising out of, or related to, your payment of monthly dues or membership status.
