The goal of our sports training programs is to help participants master their position and allow them to gain a competitive edge. New skills are introduced in a logic, structured format. We are unique in that we utilize game simulation drills, done at game speed. Our training concepts have helped players become Team MVP’s and Most Improved Players!

Training Options

We offer 3 formats for Youth Sports training. Our Program can accommodate beginner to advance skill levels

1. 3hr clinics – $99 for 1 sports clinic per month (Football, Soccer, B-Ball) Noon-3pm
2. Weekly Small Group – $159 for 1hr weekly 6pm-7pm
3. 1on1 training – 1 session $50, 3 Sessions $135, 5 sessions $200

The Monthly, 3hr clinic, is the backbone of our program. Players will get fundamentals, conditioning, agility work along with fun 1on1 competition and games amongst their peers.

We find this keeps them engaged longer with peer interaction.
Our 3 hr Clinics provide convenience by have training once a month, yet 3 the hours allow for consistent skill improvement year round!

Having said that, you can start with any format, or use 1on1 and weekly training to supplement the 3hr Clinics.
